Episode 1 Recap: Henry has returned to the Yukon from a stint in jail with a new resolve to go straight, but he walks back into a world that has not changed. He’s reaching out for help in his new journey but temptations are constant and so are dreams of another time. Rosie is improving her life but doesn’t know how to broach the subject with Henry.
In this episode as Henry walks the red road his old life begins to pop up and tempt him. Rosie is bettering herself, Ruth seethes with bitter grief and his pals are going nowhere. Meanwhile, the ghost of Johnnie haunts him. Can Henry stay on the straight and narrow?
